A global paint brand’s Turkish arm
A brand with a factory, a dealer network and thousands of painters needed them all on one system.
I build and run the digital backbone for companies, and use AI to help their teams move faster. Istanbul & Dubai, through Carvist.
I’m Ferhat, founder of Carvist. For years my team and I have built the systems companies actually run on: brand websites, field apps, factory software, loyalty programmes, kiosks, CRMs.
AI is the newest tool in that box, not the whole box. It works best on top of a backbone that’s already solid, and that’s the part most people skip. These days I split my time between Istanbul and Dubai.
AI on its own is a demo. It only pays off when the systems underneath are in place, so I build from the bottom up.
The web platform, apps and data a company runs on. One system instead of ten spreadsheets.
Software that reaches the factory floor, the dealer counter and the field team, where the real work happens.
Assistants that take the repetitive work off your team: the messages, bookings and follow-ups nobody has time for.
No client names here. Happy to walk you through any of them in person.

Most enquiries arrived after hours and went cold by morning.
Rental stations out in the city, and the software that keeps them running.
Answers were buried across papers, protocols and supplier catalogues.
Long queues at the entrance and visitor data on paper.
Every campaign started from a blank page and stalled on follow-ups.
For businesses that sell through a website, a showroom and a sales team at once.
Tell it what your business does. The page rebuilds itself around you: the examples that fit you, what it would take, and the next step. No chat window, just the page.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to see whether it can be built, and what it would take.
The side projects. Some turned into tools I use every day.

I run 40 projects with Claude agents, side by side, and follow them from Telegram.

I’ve always wanted to make a game. So I did: Chapter 1 is Suleiman the Magnificent. Play against AI, or duel live online.
